Belleza Beauty Salon was established in 2009 by beauty therapist and eyelash technician Belinda Morgan. Since then it has grown strength to strength. Rachel who joined Belleza in 2014 started offering the semi permanent makeup and has been renowned for creating beautiful brows in this very sought after treatment.
